I, 816 Balloon Co, commit to delivering top-quality balloons sourced from the finest brands available in the market. We take pride in never utilizing low-quality balloons from department stores. Our latex balloons are crafted from natural latex, ensuring they are non-plastic, 100% biodegradable, and proudly made in the U.S.A.

Balloon Care and Liability
​
816 Balloon Co is responsible for balloons only while they are within our care. We take utmost care in using only the highest quality balloons and materials. However, it's important to note that balloons may pop or deflate earlier than expected once they have been delivered or picked up. Various environmental factors such as weather conditions, the presence of children or pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and surrounding foliage can impact the lifespan of our balloon creations. Rest assured, we will promptly replace any balloons that may pop during transportation or setup.

Deposit Requirement and Booking
​
Upon selecting your desired balloon designs, we will request a 100% payment to secure your event date. Please be aware that these payments are non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule your booking after confirmation, we are happy to accommodate such requests provided they are made at least one week prior to your event date. In such cases, we will gladly apply your payment to a future booking. Regrettably, cancellations less than one week from your event date are no longer eligible for rescheduling.
